🌀 Hurricane Season (June 1 – November 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or loss of utilities. Date changes are not guaranteed; if allowed, they are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

This property was Amazing! There were beach chairs and sturdy ones too, a beach bag that really came in handy, the umbrella could use replacing it looks like many folks have enjoyed it. It had everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. The Beach was steps away which was fantastic. We loved the pool which was very clean and the temperature was perfect. There was a leaky pipe in the garage area and they turned off the water for a while, the host immediately informed us, even though we were at the beach and it didn’t affect us, it was nice to know that it was being repaired. The Ocean view from our balcony was breathtaking. We plan on returning next year.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! The unit was clean and spacious, and easy to access even with a very late night arrival after travel delays. Our family really enjoyed the heated pool with plenty of seating, the large hot tub, and the beach front access. The Beach Bar and on site cafe were very convenient amenities. The location was great with an ice cream shop next door and easy walk or many restaurants and shopping.

Loud construction for the first 2 days (only painting was noted in listing), door was off the hinges, fuse box was closed with tape and kept opening, excessive amounts of moisture inside on windows and doors, soap dispensers fell off shower walls while showering and shattered everywhere. I have videos and pictures of everything. Mgmt company was good at responding, but when they contacted the owners they didn't respond. We were originally told that we could cancel our reservation and rebook somewhere else. I tried to make it work out for everyone and not leave, but the owners wouldn't respond or give any credit back. I wouldn't have booked if I had known that the first 2 days would have been so loud. I understand that they might not have known, but to not even give any credits when I tried to help them by staying and not leave is not ok.

Very nice location and clean. Pool was great. Unfortunately, we did not have direct access to the beach as there was dredging happening. And there was a good amount of noise pollution since there was construction going on at the complex. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

The condo was great! We were able to check in early for a small fee because we had an early flight. You could park at the public beach access and enjoy the beach if you couldnt check in early. We bought extra paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, and ended up taking back because there was enough supplied for 3 people for 5 days. Regular coffee pot but supplied 2 days of coffee which was nice. 2 larger beach chairs, a smaller beach chair, and a camp chair were available to use. Although we weren’t ocean front, the way the hotel is designed we had a great view of the ocean. Having the small cafe at the resort was a plus if you were hungry. Bar between the 2 pools was nice! Walking distance to alot of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

The location was amazing for us. We were a short walk to the beach and able to see the waves break from our balcony. The inside of the condo was just as perfect. Clean, well kept furniture and kitchen appliances. The beds were comfortable and pristine. Great stay!

Excellent condo!

My husband and I rented this condo last minute for a few days getaway. The building is beachfront. It's tastefully decorated and super clean. It's on the 4th floor, end unit(closest to the road), but full view of the ocean in front. I think it's designed well. Covered parking spot is included and good elevators to use. I would definitely stay again and bring the kids!

Family Celebration -Sunset Vista

We met a larger group for a special birthday. This condo was was a good size and slept 6 quite comfortably. being on the end gave you another window for light. It's right near the stairs and not far from the designated parking spot. One spot for a place that sleeps 6. The pool size was great - be sure to go early if you want a table. There was a little issue with the keypad - sometimes didn't lock and sometimes when you touched ANY number -it would unlock. The picture given wasn't taken from this room - we were much farther from the pool. All-in-all - we did enjoy this property and would definitely revisit.
