Everything is within a 10-minute walk: the beach, restaurants, local dive bars, the grocery store, shopping, and a rec center with tennis and basketball courts, ball fields and a kids' playground. John's Pass Village & Boardwalk is just 2 miles away.

THE SPACE
This newly remodeled 1,040 sq ft condo has a split-level layout that gives everyone room to spread out:
• Main level: living room, dining area, full kitchen and half bath
• Upper level: oversized primary bedroom with walk-in closet, second bedroom, and full bath with in-unit washer/dryer

RESORT-STYLE AMENITIES
Gated community with private parking, two pools (heated, depending on season and weather), fishing piers, sun loungers and umbrellas, plus a clubhouse with a gym, sauna and billiard room.

WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED
• Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon and kids' beach toys
• Starter supplies: dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent and trash bags

GOOD TO KNOW
• Please book at least 8 days before arrival, because the association must approve each stay. The $200 cleaning fee includes the association's $50 non-refundable application fee.
• The condo is on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There's one flight of outdoor stairs to the front door and an inside staircase to the bedrooms.
