Welcome to Sunburst Vacation Rentals where parking is easy (and FREE) on property and we are across the street from the beach. There is a beach access right at 7th street. FREE parking for up to 4 cars is easy on the property. There is beach access right on 7th street across Gulf Blvd, only a 2 minute walk.

Whether you’re coming for a beach vacation, family reunion, group getaway, or long-term stay, this home offers all the essentials plus the location that makes Indian Rocks Beach one of Florida’s favorite coastal escapes. Many mom and pop businesses are within walking distance as are local restaurants and beach shops. There is a pedestrian walkway along the road as well.
The units are fully furnished with wifi and flat screen HDTVs in the living rooms and master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for you to enjoy a homemade meal. You have 2 private laundry rooms with washers and dryers and basic supplies and a large exterior balcony overlooking the pool area so you can watch the kids swim.

The pool has recently been retiled and completely RENOVATED!

Family friendly neighborhood, perfect for walking, riding bikes, or Uber.

*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max)
