We did not rent this property for vacation. We are a professional jet ski racing team and rented it strictly for functional use: sleeping, showering, eating, and most importantly washing our racing gear (washer/dryer was essential).From arrival, the experience was unacceptable. There was a strong paint smell caused by open paint cans in a bedroom, making it unusable due to my daughter’s severe allergies. We had to book a last-minute hotel (450/night).The bathroom was defective—the toilet blocked the door from closing (photos attached). For four people, there was no toilet paper, no soap, only three towels, and one bedroom had no bed sheets.The kitchen was inadequate (only three knives, no utensils, no place to hang clothes).There were no curtains, making the house extremely hot and completely exposed, with neighbors able to see inside (photos attached).Most importantly, there was NO washer or dryer, forcing us to go to a laundromat every night.This property was misrepresented, unfinished, and unfit. Our stay was disrupted and caused additional expenses.We expect a full refund. Please advise on immediate resolution.Sincerely, sebastian

The property did NOT have running water and we had scramble at the last minute to find a place to stay. Expedia did find us a hotel but this was extremely inconvenient at 10:30pm. The host would only communicate via text!

This is an adorable house! It was close to downtown and restaurants. We were surprised to find old takeout food in the fridge when we got there. The kitchen had everything we needed, except the dishes were in the dishwasher and we didn’t look there until day 2. The bedrooms were clean and the linens were nice. Sad that there wasn’t any other furniture except the bed so we had to put our luggage and phones on the floor. There were two bathrooms and the one near the two bedrooms was small, but had a nice shower etc. the second one in the back would have been useful except the door didn’t shut because it hit the toilet. This made it essentially useless. We went to the beach and were excited that we could wash our suite and towels, but there was no washer/dryer that was advertised. So this was a cute place, but was lacking a few necessary items.
