Great stay. Loved the pool which was a very good size for a hotel. Lovely bar with friendly helpful staff. Rob was a super waiter. I think the staff all need a pay rise with senior staff being recognised for their experience.

Fantastic location, just a stroll into town and back. Room spacious and spotlessly clean. Good facilities, swimming pool and restaurant on site. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in for a while. The breakfast menu was fantastic, with a wonderful buffet offering. There was also an exceptional range of hot breakfasts on the menu, and this food was cooked to order very quickly. I also loved the fact that you could make yourself a pot of tea, to take back to your table and enjoy your tea exactly as you like it. The room was very comfortable, and it was great to have a fridge and a small bottle of Guernsey milk left in it each day, with biscuits and some chocs! It's relaxing to come back from a long day and be able to make a cup of tea or coffee with proper milk. The Copenhagen is a decent restaurant, though we only ate there twice because there were so many fabulous restaurants within a 15 minute walk, that we wanted to try! All the staff were really helpful and smiley - it makes such a difference!
