The Emma vacation apartment is centrally located yet very quiet in St. Peter-Dorf on a cul-de-sac and serves as a perfect starting point for your adventures. The nearest beach access is just 450 m away. Shops, restaurants, a bakery, and the weekly market are all within easy walking distance.


’s Amenities Our tastefully and luxuriously furnished Emma vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Getidenhus and invites you to enjoy a very special North Sea vacation filled with comfort and relaxation.

The spacious, cozy living room, featuring a leather sofa set, a recliner, a large smart TV, and a stereo system, is the perfect place to unwind.
The balcony, accessible directly from the living area, offers a beautiful distant view and a peaceful setting to enjoy the sun. The fully equipped, modern, country-style kitchen not only makes self-catering a breeze but also allows for the occasional cooking session to enjoy convivial evenings at the large dining table. An induction stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee maker (filter size 4), Tchibo Qbo capsule machine, electric kettle, toaster, and much more are at your disposal.
You can relax in one of the two bedrooms, which are fully equipped with large double beds (200 × 200 cm, separate mattresses), ample space for your clothes, and additional TVs. There is also a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and heated towel rack. Conveniently, there is also a guest restroom.

Special Features
In our non-smoking vacation apartment, we provide free Wi-Fi (fiber-optic). The apartment is heated by underfloor heating. All windows can be darkened with blackout pleated blinds; the south-facing Velux windows have roller shutters. At least one window in each room is protected by a screen.
In a small side room in the hallway, there is a washing machine and a dryer that you may use at no extra cost. Your bicycles and bike racks can be stored in a designated, lockable storage area on the property. There is a parking space for your car behind the house. Children aged 12 and older are welcome in this residence.

An initial set of bed linens and towels must be booked as part of this accommodation and is already included in the final price. Additional linen packages can be added via the optional services.

Wir waren das 2.mal mit "Ferien an der Nordsee" in Nordfriesland , und von der Buchung bis zur Anreise gut betreut ! Erster Eindruck beim Betreten der FeWo war sehr gut. Groß und sehr modern , gemütlich , bequemes Sofa und eben solche Betten , Relaxsessel , tolle Küche , inkl. Filterkaffeemaschine. Hatten nämlich keine QBO Kapseln gekauft , da in Tchibo Filialen nicht gefunden. Dachfenster mit innen liegenden elektrischen Rollos. Fliegengitter vorhanden und auch hinter der Balkontür . Schöne Einrichtung im Duschbad und 2.Toilette da. Wäscheständer , inkl. WM und Trockner , Balkon , somit alles perfekt !! Auch die Lage..wenige Fußminuten zur Bushaltestelle..zum Bäcker..und zur Stadtmitte. Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen..und wir kommen wieder.

Für die Küchen-Ausstattung eine Nudelzange. Der Kaffee-Automat mit den kleinen Pads war klasse. Leider haben wir nicht herausgefunden, wo wir diese in SPO hätten kaufen können. In den ortsansässigen Supermärkten haben wir diese nicht bekommen. Eventuell wäre hierfür ein kleiner Info Zettel hilfreich.

Es war eine großartige Zeit im Getidenhus, Wohnung Emma. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben selten so eine gut ausgestattete, schöne und wohl durchdachte Einrichtung in einer Ferienunterkunft angetroffen. Einziges Manko waren die Betten welche für große Personen ab 1,90 m aufgrund des hölzernen Fußteils nicht für einen erholsamen Schlaf geeignet sind.

In der Ferienwohnung Emma haben wir uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist top, uns fehlte nichts. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Lage ist zentral im Ortsteil Dorf. Nach Bad zum Hauptstrand sind es ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß und man kann dorthin einen gemütlichen Spaziergang machen. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Haus vorhanden und können genutzt werden. Für Kleinkinder eher nicht geeignet, da die Ausstattung sehr wertig ist. Wir würden trotzdem mit unserem Kind wieder in dieser Wohnung Urlaub machen und hatten eine schöne Zeit in SPO.
