There are 10 holiday apartments in the Frisia house. The office of the Infocentrum (the housing agency) is also here. The apartments on the upper floor each extend over 2 floors. The apartments 406, 407, 408, 409 and 410 have a balcony. If you bring your own bicycles, you can park them behind the house. For each apartment there is a parking space at the house. An approximately 65 m² maisonette apartment with a balcony (view of the street and the parking lot) on the 1st and 2nd floor of the house. On the 1st floor is the spacious living room with a double sofa bed and an integrated kitchenette. The kitchenette has a dishwasher, microwave and all essential kitchen utensils. A staircase takes you to the open bedroom with two single beds. WiFi is available free of charge. Pets are welcome. The apartment house is located in the district of Ording. It is a few minutes' walk to Ordinger Strand. Nearby there is a high pine forest, a children's playground, restaurants and a bakery.

Activities nearby: 12 km long and 2 km wide fine sandy beach combined with the scent of pine trees and salt marshes: that is St. Peter- Order! Experience Germany's only seaside resort with its own sulfur spring. The elongated holiday resort consists of four districts, the most beautiful of which is the old St. Peter village. Here the old brick church inspires next to many thatched Frisian houses. Each district has its own bathing beach with a restaurant on stilts. The west coast park offers variety for the whole family with a petting zoo and a unique sealarium. The little guests are also taken care of in the playhouse 5 days a week: The playhouse is a children's paradise with bouncy castles, a ball pool and lots of toys. Joint games, handicrafts or baking afternoons are offered.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Construction work is currently taking place in the vicinity. Therefore, there may be noise pollution on site.
