I really liked this hotel in St. Moritz — it was beautiful! The room looked like a princess room and had a lovely view. The location is great, close to everything — the funicular is nearby, it’s easy to get around to see the lake, and there are plenty of restaurants close by. I loved it! The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was small but delicious

Nice location am with a good view. Clean room in a old style hotel. The service was not good since we order for soap for our bathroom but it was never delivered

Vieillot mais bien tenu, nous avons apprécié ce court séjour (une nuité) au Langard. Chambre propre. Personnel à la réception accueillant, même en français, Le lit était un peu mou, nous aimons un matelas plus fermée. Salle de bain très propre. La vue superbe! Proche de restaurants intéressants, dont un japonais le Na Yan. Le petit déjeuner était très correct.

Check in was easy. Very nice boutique style hotel. Staffs were friendly. The room was big and spacious with amazing view. The most cost effective and easy way to get to the hotel is bus even with large luggage. Head to bus stop once you get off the train. Catch the bus 601,605 or 606. All are about 5 min ride. From the bus stop it’s either 5 min or 2 min walk. The bus ride is covered by swiss pass and had enough safe for our 2 large luggage.

Man on the front desk a bit aloof and slow to acknowledge our arrival. Check in was perfunctory. Room was large, very clean and comfortable. Mattress extremely soft but comfortable and it was very quiet so slept well. Bathroom large, if a little old fashioned, but the shower was hot and powerful. Excellent location and easy to find from the station. Overall a good stay for one or two nights.

The problem is the bathroom backed up from a floor above and caused sewage to back up in the bathroom toilet and tub. The compensation they offered originally was the 8 Swiss francs for city tax when I said that was not suitable they offered 20 percent. I explained how this was not acceptable they spent 40 min talking to the manager without a better outcome. Room 5

The hotel's location is wonderful, with a beautiful view of the city's lake and super close to restaurants and supermarkets. The service is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Some aspects of the hotel make it feel a bit dated. But overall, it's a wonderful option.
