Built in 1927 by the Basel architect Max Alioth, Chesa Prasüras is a detached, fully renovated 6.5-room Grisons chalet for 7 people. A unique and charming property, furnished with antiques from the 17th and 18th centuries, lends the chalet a touch of history. In addition to the 5 bedrooms (2 double rooms, 3 single rooms), the chalet has 2 bathrooms, one of which features an original antique double vanity. The large living room boasts remarkable ceiling paintings. The fully equipped kitchen offers seating for 7. The property includes a garden and patio. A charming chalet with a special atmosphere, situated in a quiet, sunny location on the edge of the forest in Laret/Prasüras (St. Moritz Bad).
