This property is out of the way but we knew this before our stay. It is very hilly around so not easy to walk down to the lake or town The shuttle is really handy although plan your day as it does not run between 11-3 so we had to wait around for an hour or so. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a sufficient buffet selection although no toaster to make toast with scrambled eggs. We missed having a kettle in the room The wellness centre and spa were an added bonus at the end of a day exploring

Stayed here for one night before catching glacier express out of st moritz. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel is a bit away from the town, but they offer shuttles. The hotel restaurant is excellent. I also especially enjoyed the hot tub with the most stunning view of the mountains

The location was wonderful (but really hard to walk to). Make sure you call and reserve a shuttle ride to the hotel. The staff was Great and make sure you order it with breakfast included, it has an Amazing selection! The unit was really clean but we did find that some of the linens had small holes in them (no big deal). We did not get to experience a lot the place had to offer and would love to visit again.

This location was far out but we easily walked to town and the valley each day and could schedule a shuttle back or even to and from the city center. The room was very comfortable and clean, food was excellent and we would definitely stay again. We did not ski but the storage area and services seemed very nice. Staff was amazing.

Nice hotel on the border of St Moritz

Friendly service, we were able to check in early. The room is smallish but clean and comfortable. Large on site outdoor parking. The wellness is also rather small but well maintained and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of variety. Location is a bit outside of St Moritz but its quiet and next to the skilift.

The most beautiful hotel. Firstly they picked us up by shuttle from St Moritz train station To the hotel On arrival we were greeted and were given the best room overlooking the mountains still with snow on top. As we had booked 3 days stay we were given free passes for buses and few excursions as it was summer period. They had spa - with massages jacuzzi indoor steam room Dinner was al a carte Overall st Moritz is very expensive but worth every penny

A one night wonder

Stayed 1 night after travelling on the Glacier Express all day. A warm welcome awaited us at this amazing country hotel with its outstanding mountainous panoramic background. A hotel shuttle bus transfers you from the station. Both the reception and restaurant staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Both the evening meal and breakfast were excellent served in lovely surroundings with a pleasant atmosphere. Plenty of choice for all appetites. The bedroom chosen was clean and uncluttered with most of the usual amenities ( although no tea / coffee provided) For what was paid there are no complaints. If by chance we return to St Moritz then a longer stay at Randolins would be on the cards.
