Rude staff, false advertising, broken down junk cars in parking lot, hotel smelled awful, uncomfortable, heat refused to go off if set at 70 but the room would be 90, too cold to just shut it off, shower luke warm at best with no pressure, not one staff member was kind or polite. my husband and I have traveled working industry construction projects for decades so we have seen some run down hotels, as well as rude employees, sadly this is by far one of the very worst we have experienced. Save the headache and book elsewhere!!!

The room was clean but desk service was less than professional by the lady who assisted me. So much so that I will not utilize this motel again. I checked in in the middle of the day and their computer was down and the lady was frustrated. Her alternative fix was way less than organized.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom and on the floor between the beds. The duvets were dirty. They looked like they had not been washed in awhile. There were long dark hairs and dirt on them. There was a chemical smell, like bug spray or cleaning products that permeated into the room from the hallways.
