Meds and Bed

What a convenient place to stay when attending appointments and procedures at the medical center. Bed was comfortable with clean room. Breakfast was somewhat lacking. Those cookies at check-in were GREAT. My husband and I could have eaten half dozen, YUM. Shout out to Brandon who was courteous and funny. Will definitely use this hotel again for future appointments.

The beds in our room were super comfy and the room was nice and clean. My family and I liked the restaurant attached to the hotel. The easy access to the hospital for our appointment via the attached breezeway was fantastic.

Close to Barnes, access to wnter hotel had only one area, had to have key cards redone as wouldnt access room or car parking. Good staff, clean room, quiet even tho in busy area.

Booked this hotel months in advanced of the trip. Day of, the hotel canceled our reservation and because we booked through Expedia, no one called us. We arrived at 11 pm, were told we had no room and had to figure it out with Expedia. We had to stay in the most disgusting hotel back out by the airport because everything else was booked (there was some convention happening.) Incredibly unhelpful and frustrating experience.

Negatives: Window shade didn’t work Toilet didn’t flush half the time 2 towels, 1 washrag, 0 hand towels Shower head not seated against wall Bottom of bathroom door looked like it had water damage Outdated decor and lots of cosmetic wear Positives: Parking rate of $15/night for covered garage parking is very good Wireless phone charging pad Not the level of quality I’ve found at other DT hotels. Supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but it’s not any better than the 3 star hotels that are half the price.
