TV didn't keep volume (kept cutting out) tub was dirty, had to wait over 5 minutes to even check in. The water wouldn't stay warm for more than two minutes. Overall worst experience in a hotel.

No. Unfortunately things were negative from the start. We arrived really late on Friday night. We had a reservation. The sign was on the desk that said someone will be back shortly. Im a patient person but after 10 minutes of standing around it got dumb. I tried knocking on the employee only door, asking if anyone was there and calling the hotel multiple times. The phone was sitting behind the desk. After 25 minutes of trying to get ahold of someone I called the 1-800 number. All they could do was call the front desk or find another location(everything else was booked nearby). At about the 30 minute mark someone finally came running down the hall to check us in. The girl was nice and checked us in quickly. The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway and had plenty of parking. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom HAD NOT been cleaned. There was hair all the over toilet and shower. The floor had not been cleaned in a WHILE It was disgusting. The trash had not been emptied out. It was 2:30 in the morning so this wasn’t something I wanted to complain about at that time. I’ve stayed at a ton of hotels. The price looked good and fair but NOT worth it! I should have paid $20 more and stayed next door. The complimentary breakfast was fine. It’s complimentary so no one has room to complain. They provided pancakes, eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, bagels, mini muffins, juice and coffee. Customer service in the morning was ok. I would not stay here again.

The first room was wet floors made your socks wet and smelled like mold. The second room had cigarette burns all over and smelled strong of cigarette smoke the third room had a slight smell but was tolerable so we stayed there

I will never stay here again! This place has gone down hill since my last stay here. it took 8 hours for A/C to drop 5 degrees to a comfortable temperature. The maintenance man is a joke the filter grill is covered with dirt (not cleaned for a while) filter 75% plugged with dirt. didn't turn on light to even toe see or even take filter out to visually inspect. stains on bedding, (should have been thrown away) had them replaced. Unfortunately, this place has turned into an extended stay motel. New management has gotten lax on important customer issues.

Rooms need attention. Recommend a dehumidifier in rooms as they are DAMP! Mold on ceiling in bathrooms, dust everywhere, floors not vacuumed, carts left in the middle of the hall, dirty laundry or trash left for whole days.

The hotel needs a DEEP cleaning. It’s dirty right from the entrance. While checking in another guest was complaining about the smoke detector hanging from the ceiling. My room smelt like someone had been smoking there, very musty. One good thing is that despite being near major roads, it’s surprisingly quiet at night.

The front desk lady was no where to be found. My husband and I stood at the front desk for over 20 minutes waiting to check in. When we finally got our room keys we ended up walking into someone else’s room!!! The entire hotel was dirty and extremely outdated. We did not feel safe and ended up leaving. We took our chances and kept driving.

Check in took over 30 min. “System down” ???? I think the rooms were not ready. Asked for a king, only full bed available. Tv did not work, they came and fixed and then could only play one channel. Took a shower with blasts of cold water. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Went to check in at 3 and waited 30 minutes in line. Each person took 5-6 minutes to check in. Keys for rooms did not work as well so an employee had to walk each person to their door to open it. When to our event and got back late and didn’t realize until the morning that the Bathroom and tub were filthy and had shoe prints in the tub and lots of hairs. No parking spots left and we had to park at the hotel next to us. Staff seemed nice but definitely won’t be staying here again.

The check in person was very friendly and helpful. Room was a bit dirty (dusty furniture and floors). The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was average at best and the host was late putting it out. We had to wait to get items, and even then the variety was pretty slim. She also did not seem happy or apologetic. Was an easy on/off from the interstate, and within walking distance of Cracker Barrel and other places. Gas station near by too.

Rooms are not cleaned, towels are not replaced, and trash is not removed for stays under four days - but guests are not informed of this policy anywhere. When I asked about it, the staff admitted that guests weren't told about this practice and explained that they cannot find adequate cleaning staff. The lack of communication about reduced housekeeping services and the inability to maintain basic cleanliness standards made for an extremely disappointing stay.

Nice hotel, but in an odd, hard to get to area. It was quiet. We checked in but the desk person, Bradley, just had his computer go down and couldn’t make our room keys! But he stuck with it and eventually got them made. He didn’t lose his cool and just kept at it until he got us our keys. He was VERY pleasant about the whole thing and handled it very well. The hotel was very nice, tho the ice machines were not working at all that night and the following morning when we checked out. Bradley should get a promotion!
