Climate control in the room was awful. Either way too hot or way too cold there was no in between and I slept like crap. The floors were dirty and the supposedly clean towels had hairs in them would never stay again. front desk. Staff was nice though.

Walls were paper thin and we could hear staff gossiping in the halls, alarm clocks sounding at 5am nonstop, and any time a neighbors voice got slightly above normal speaking tone. On the second morning our bathroom flooded with sewage - when relocating to another room the second room had a cockroach in the shower, so we had to relocate again. The staff were friendly enough and apologetic, but the quality overall was lacking. Not worth another stay in the future.
