Good hotel overall

Overall, the hotel was fine, but I was disappointed with the staff’s response time. I had informed them that we would return to retrieve our items, yet they chose to enter our room while we were out, despite the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign being displayed on the door.

The bedding in my room was very worn and stained. I could tell it had been laundered, but still had stains and areas were worn thin. On the TV remote control the text was worn off of all the buttons. Everything else was good.

I had to request shampoo, gel, and conditioner since housekeeping did not check them. Had to request towels and wash cloths a few different times. They say they do not come to room every day but 2 days in a row they made the beds and then nothing.
