Room 213 is right above the automatic sliding front door. Constant noise source in the room made sleeping difficult. This room would be better suited as storage or anything other than living area.
Everyone working there was just beyond friendly. They were so helpful and nice. BUT THE BEDS ARE SO HORRIBLE. I can't believe I paid so much for a week of sleeping on those horrible beds. My room smelled of mildew and I purchased air freshener and lysol to try to rid the smell. Through no fault of the workers, the rooms are old, dingy, and need some TLC. The beds are horrible. If they don't update their rooms, they need to be much, much cheaper.

Wonderful hotel, horrible room for us.
When we checked in it was fast and easy which was amazing. The room however had no thermostat it was missing from wall, a panel was broken the manager came up and removed it before we put anything down, the smoke detector was attached with electrical tape and the AC was blowing humid air. We were told they could not credit us anything since we booked with hotels.com and offered is AN ICE CREAM BAR! the manager said a group of hockey boys were in this room last and they were rowdy but she was not aware of anything broken.
Not enough parking. We’re old and had to park a block and 1/2 away. Breakfast scrambled eggs at 7:30 am were cold. Also we paid $300+ for the room. A fellow checked in next door paid $209. Tell me, why should we use Expedia? Surely there’s a better rate we’re entitled to.
Travelocity booked my stay for the wrong dates. I had to pay again for the tay. I am very unhappy ith Travelocity, not the Hotel. Plese contact me at 207-318-*7568
