THE SPACE:

Welcome to the Fox Haven House, a comfortable 4-bedroom, 3-bath house designed for families, groups, work trips, and longer weekend stays. The home offers 1,053 square feet plus a finished lower-level entertainment area, sleeping space for up to 7 guests, free driveway and street parking, and a private fully fenced backyard.

Step inside through the private front entrance into the main living room. This cozy gathering space includes a large sectional sofa, a 65” wall-mounted TV, an electric fireplace-style media console, warm wood-look flooring, modern gray walls, and comfortable lighting for relaxing after a day out in Florissant or St. Louis.

The living room flows into the dining area and kitchen. The dining table seats 6 and sits near the sliding glass doors, giving guests easy access to the backyard patio. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, drip coffee maker/Keurig-style coffee station, baking sheet, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, cooking basics, and plenty of cabinet space for preparing meals during your stay.

Parking is available in the driveway, with additional free street parking available where permitted. The front entrance is private and guests will self-check in using the provided entry code.

The locked owner storage areas, maintenance closets, and any clearly marked private areas are not included in guest access.
