Rooms were neglected very bad. The microwave seemed like it was really old the kitchen was also just not well kept. The water pressure was really bad. The one room you couldn’t fully open the door unless you moved the bed. The continental breakfast was a joke it was breakfast bars and oatmeal by far the worse one ever. My family didn’t even feel safe going outside without me. My wife went to the car and there was a guy hovering watching her being creepy. I would never suggest anyone to stay there.

Could not check in 3:00pm and wait 10 minutes after 3:10pm check in, the first room door could not locked, moved to second room, the bath room door was hard to closed and opened, the hotwater did not running.

Bed was ok definitely not the worst bed I’ve slept in. The bathroom floor was somewhat dirty. Only main issue I have is that they have issues with hot water. Wasn’t mentioned at check in nor when I had to go to the front desk to get large towels. Would have liked to have been told this, instead had to take cold shower.

I would not recommend this hotel. The front desk service was extremely lacking, the room was dirty, uncomfortable bed, the shower had a cracked floor that can pinch someone, the surrounding area did not feel safe, and zero instruction on checking kitchen supplies out.

The front desk lady, Amanda, was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us tonight. The rooms were not sutable for habitation. The heat did not work and it was around 45° in the rooms. They had not been cleaned and most of the lights did not work. Amanda helped us to find rooms with working heat, but it took around 45 minutes because most of the rooms were in the same bad shape. We have a large family, with 7 kids. Normally we try and sleep near each other and at least on the same floor. We ended up moving rooms, one on the first floor and the other on the third floor. I would not stay here again if it was the only option.

believe the bad reviews on this place, i can’t stress it enough. my family and i drove all the way from new jersey to stay here. we booked from a friday-monday morning. we let the staff know we would be checking in after midnight, and when we arrived on saturday morning we could not be more disappointed. given that they even had an extra evening to get the room ready, we were taken aback when we arrived that there was no sheets or blankets on the beds. the front entrance smelled so strongly of weed and the carpets of the hallways smelled like mold and piss. when we asked the staff about the beds, they communicated that someone would come to clean the room - indicating that it was never cleaned to begin with. we were scared to put our stuff down because the room was absolutely disgusting and felt like someone had been living in there right up until we arrived. the hallways had low lighting and the moldings/wall fixtures were all falling apart. we didn’t even stay in there for a half hour and immediately asked for a refund and left to stay somewhere else. could not have been more disappointed with this place. do not waste your time and money!!

Made reservations a freed back and paid at time of book. Got there and they had double booked our room and said we did not pay. Front desk clerk was very friendly but io was still a huge inconvenience. Had to backtrack to find a hotel at 11 at night then had to go through Expedia for refund. Expedia handled everything perfectly I cannot complain but will not trust this place again with my reservation
