The door was coming off the room that we were provided and the toilet was also leaking. My wife advised the staff and they replied, "oh yeah." I shared the same thing the next morning at check out and they said they attempted to contact us to let us know there were no suites available. I didn't received and email nor at call/text. I asked why we were advised at check in and she said they were trying to accommodate us. I would rather have cancelled the reservation and left to find another hotel. This place was terrible!

Only had hot water one time during my stay. Fridge did not work and ruined all my food. Front desk was zero help whenever I tried to get the fridge fixed or get the hot water working.
