Jade/Jay (front desk) and Collina (food attendant) were so rude to me. The rest of the staff were all so kind. I also believe that the filters in the rooms need to be changed, because all of the patrons were sneezing our entire times there despite seemingly clean rooms.

The breakfast was fantastic. Hot French toast. So many choices. Such friendly staff. Always smiling and always courteous. We were there as my spouse was in a nearby hospital. Everyone was accommodating and genuinely concerned.

The absolute best hotel In St.Louis , everyone was super kind, Samatha was very sweet ( front desk) and the breakfast guy Dre, was always super sweet as well, my favorite was pancake day on Sundays, me and my mom stayed here for a month and we caught a few shows across the street at the City Winery. Also, a great grocery store across the street and at night you can just take a walk across the street and grab a drink or go watch a movie. I would recommend highly recommended!!

Honestly the hotel is beautiful the room was clean, the lady at the front desk was on task but was aggressive with her tone of voice. My biggest issue is my family of five was put into a room that had the noisiest air condition I couldn’t sleep. Had to give my kids ear plugs to sleep

The hotel was fantastic for our family and the weekend we had in St Louis. The staff was so nice and my little kid enjoyed meeting everyone that works there. Highly recommend staying here and will probably do so again in the soon future.
