I made a reservation for a one-bedroom, non-smoking room, but when we got there, the receptionist informed me that they had reserved two smoking rooms for me. I showed the email from Expedia and the confirmation, and he just said that it did not come through their system. I'm definitely not going to try to reserve a room at their place again.

My expectations were low knowing I'd booked a motel. But the entire interior smelled horrible, and my room smelled like several days of pet urine built up and was never cleaned. The carpet was sticky throughout the whole room and had spots of dropped foodstuffs that had been walked on and pushed into the carpet fibers. I've stayed in a lot of cheap places... but this one seemed like they didn't have a single employee that ever cleaned anything.
