I like staying at smaller chains, but this one needed a lot of help. No sound proofing, we could hear all of the neighbors conversations. Bathrooms were older and could use a good scrubbing. With that said, I never felt unsafe in the hotel and it got the job done for sleeping and moving on

Loved our stay as the location was convenient to the Rail Trail along the river. Also an easy drive to the STL Arch and away from the hustle of the city. Anna was particularly interested in our comfort and satisfaction. Her professional and attentive manner was a delight. She genuinely seemed to care about our satisfaction and comfort. A refreshing attitude from a hotel staff member. The bed was very comfortable with clean and crisp sheets. No coffee in the room but with a microwave we could make our own early in the morning. The coffee in the lobby was wonderful. The breakfast was adequate with eggs carbs for fueling a bike ride.

I made a reservation for a one-bedroom, non-smoking room, but when we got there, the receptionist informed me that they had reserved two smoking rooms for me. I showed the email from Expedia and the confirmation, and he just said that it did not come through their system. I'm definitely not going to try to reserve a room at their place again.
