We were given a room that was completely dirty, bed unmade, trash still in the room. We were eventually given a new room. The couch was ripped, had stains on it, overall felt very gross. Additionally, was charged an additional $60 without explanation, we had a pet and were told it was just an additional $10, not $60. Our room also had a very unpleasant smell. Would never stay here again and suggest others stir clear. We are two active-duty service members, traveling with a baby and a small dog.

Overall, I was a little bit disappointed in this hotel. Walking in for the first time the lobby was very nice and hotel staff was great. Got to our room and it just felt kind of dirty. There was sticky Chinese sauce along the base of the bed and other places of something sticky around the chair and window. I truly don’t think the floors were mopped or this would’ve been gone. My light colored socks were super dirty after being in the room for one night. Paint was missing on the walls from luggage and such hitting it I’m sure. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The room was much smaller than it looked in the pictures when booking. Overall, I think it just kind of reaching that point to where it’s kind of rundown and needing a face lift and a deep clean. It was one of the cheaper hotels on I-270 and Dorsett however, and was very safe and conveniently located.
