The hotel was very nice, clean, great staff and good breakfast. However, we were set to pay at the hotel upon arrival and we were charged two days before. Then when we arrived I had to put another $50 per room (2) down.

Our room was ready early and check in staff was professional, helpful and polite. Great location near many restaurants, some walkable. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The inclusion of dinner, drinks and breakfast was a big plus.

When checking in, I felt like I was an inconvenience to the front desk staff. I had an unrequested 6am wake up call to my room. Staff seemed unconcerned. Then when I left, my car had been vandalized in the parking lot. Staff was unsympathetic and offered no help. We typically stay at this Drury every holiday season, but will be looking at other options in the area in the future.

The check in process was extremely smooth and the agent was very friendly! During our stay, we regularly saw staff doing minor cleanup (mud tracked in, etc), staffing the evening kick-back and breakfast, including keeping the food refreshed and full. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful, although brief, stay.
