Our first room had issues. The lights were malfunctioning, the armchair was VERY dirty (we put a towel over it but never sat in it YUCK). We notified the front desk of the light issue and when we returned from dinner, the lights were working properly. When I went to use the bathroom for the first time, I looked around and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years! I took photos and video and sent it to the text message I had received about check in. I immediately received a phone call on the toom number from Anastasia She was very sweet and offered to put us in a different room immediately. I informed her my daughter was already in bed and asked if we could move first thing in the morning. She said we could but she got off at 7 but would inform oncoming staff in detail what we discussed and I would have no problem. When I went downstairs the next morning, Anastasia was gone and Sandy, Lynn, and Shay were at the cpunter..I told them who I was and that Anastasia was due to notify them of my issues. I was then told, there was no room ready as we had a room with a king bed and thats what tyoe of room we had to be put in and we would have to wait until one was ready. (We had packd up our things and were ready to move them to the new room so we could get my daughter something to eat) Limited characters so in a nutshell, we ended up locked out of the parking garage and the old room all tyoes of chaos. New room iron didn't work we couldn't iron our clothes for the concert...
