Location is good for access to Barnes Hospital and Center for Advanced Medicine. There is an adjacent Applebee's restaurant. The breakfast is not a great value, overpriced for fare that is free at most 3 star hotels. Parking costs about $16 per night. Room was adequate but not up to Hilton standards. Recent renovations have not significantly improved the property.

The guy at check in was super nice. What I love the most is they give you freshly baked scrumptious oatmeal chocolate chip cookies (that melt in your mouth) throughout your stay.
