This is the response I left for the property as well:I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your property. While I chose this location based on the positive reviews and its proximity to family, the actual condition of the home was far below the standards advertised.Upon arrival, it was clear that the property had not been professionally cleaned. Specifically:Cleanliness: The floors were unswept with hair and debris visible. There was food left in the refrigerator and a dirty fork in the sink.Hygiene: There were greasy handprints on the walls, a stained bed frame, and mildew on the shower curtains. Most concerningly, the bed sheets had visible stains, making it feel as though the only "cleaning" done was placing fresh towels on the bed.Amenities: The internet was non-functional for my entire stay, which meant I was also unable to use the TV.I attempted to communicate through the app, but the responses I received felt like an automated AI tool rather than a person addressing my specific concerns. Because of this lack of genuine support, I stopped messaging during my stay.I ended up staying only because the trip was pre-paid, but I will not be returning, nor can I recommend this property to others. Given that the basic cleaning and amenity standards were not met, I would like to discuss a partial refund for the cleaning fee and the lack of advertised amenities (Wi-Fi/TV).
