Beautiful rooms and lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and pretty area of town. Guests above us stomped around constantly. A party had a dog machine that set off smoke alarms after we had gone to bed....not fun.

The property was nice and the staff was very hospitable. The reason for the 1-star is: 1).There was a fire alarm and staff didn't direct guests which way to go and someone should've made a loud announcement if it was a test everythibg. 2) There wasn't any hot water to shower with on 12/13. The water was luke warm. Outside of those 2 issues it was a great stay.

The check in with Jess was amazing he was nice and very courteous! The check out with the night manager was horrible she was trying to charge me for a room I had already purchased and almost had me late for my flight.
