Staff were friendly, rooms were amazing, and close to downtown. Breakfast was a good amount of time for folks to get in and out without feeling rushed. And my room was just amazing, a lot better than I expected: multiple ac and tv, “living room” space, and a pretty private and quiet experience for an actual good nights rest. Other than no fridge (due to no one’s fault, new building), I would be interested in coming back again.

The location of this new(ish) property is great and I think it will be excellent when they are done with all the renovations. The room and beds were very comfortable and clean. Because of the renovations and construction others areas were not so nice. The gym and breakfast room were super.

This property is under renovation and there are things not yet in rooms (like mini fridge). The staff offered to bring ice to our room for us and provided free cold drinks as well as 24hr coffee. The bed was the best hotel bed I’ve stayed in.

This is like the bare bones Hilton, no pool, no fridge or microwave in rooms but it was clean and was comfortable enough for our stay. If you don’t need all the bells and whistles and just want somewhere to sleep then this is fine. It was pretty loud outside and could hear the person next to us snoring and coughing all night. But AC worked well, in a spot close to lots of restaurants.

The hotel was in the process of being renovated during my stay but otherwise, the staff was polite and attentive and my room was very clean. My only complaint is that my room did not contain a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Beyond that, a great place to stay if you have business in Watertown.

It was a beautiful hotel room with super comfy beds. They are in the middle of renovations so there wasnt a icebox and microwave yet! Staff said they were on their way lol! The shower was very loud but usable and strong. Small tub. We would stay here again!

After being closed for remodeling and opening 1 week from our arrival I was very impressed. The beds were very comfortable the air conditioners worked to good. Only issue is they had no refrigerators to keep our drinks cold, no ice machine and went down for the complimentary breakfast and there was nothing. They are still working out all the bugs from just reopening.

We spent 4 nights at Spark while visiting our son who is a soldier at Ft. Drum. It was clean and generally comfortable. The bed was not very firm but that's typical of many hotels. The bathroom was large and easy to navigate with my disability, but the water was only lukewarm on two mornings while we were there, even though we were up by 6:30 am. The breakfast options were limited and provided only what might be called "continental" choices: bagels, cereal, yogurt. There were no hot foods, which we found disappointing. Also, I guess I did not note the room's features before booking, but we were sorry there was no mini-fridge provided in our room. We appreciated the free bottles of water Spark made available. The staff was friendly. and helpful -- the desk clerk came to our room on our first night there to show us how to close our room curtains (push-button panel on the wall near the bathroom entrance).

Hotel is still under renovation, so we let some things slide, but elevator carpet was dirty, and the exterior doors wouldn't unlock, which created some inconvenience to get to where our room was located. The exterior of the hotel really needs some TLC... The updated landscaping was VERY nice, but there was literally a pile of landscaping stones dumped in the parking lot near the parking lot entrance which needs to be cleaned up. Someone get on the ball and please clean that up - it makes it look uncared for and unappealing. On the plus side, the majority of the renovations were a nice touch, although the new dark blue hallway color with the LED lights looks kind if dreadful to be TBH... The staff was extremely nice and friendly, as was the cleaning staff the next morning. If they can get someone to clean up the rear entrances, it would make the whole package a lot more appealing!
