The room was large and clean and all the staff was very helpful. Restaurant options were well priced and offered good value. We thought that the hotel was on the beach but it is actually across the road from a small beach and we were advised that it was not a good beach for swimming. Only negative is that check-in is not 24 hours and it felt a little shady when we arrived around 11pm. The security officer however did an excellent job welcoming us and getting us acquainted with our room. Great value for the cost,,, just really should not be considered beachfront.

The room we stayed in was more like a bungalow! It was nice, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as pull out sofa. It had a kitchenette with full refrigerator, a microwave and toaster oven. The sofa in my opinion, looked old and need replacement. There were a few other cosmetic changes needed to the property. But, overall a great place to stay with great restaurants in walking distance! The beach is also within walking distance, 2 to 3 minutes away!! The staff were all very welcoming, super nice and helpful!!

I had an amazing stay at Yellow Bird Hotel! The location is perfect — right in St. Lawrence Gap with beautiful ocean views, plenty of dining options, and easy access to shops and transportation. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after exploring. The surrounding area felt safe and walkable, and I loved being able to step right out to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed here for 10 days and it was phenomenal. Easily accessible location the main road is right at the corner to catch a $3 van or bus. There's a parking lot in the back for taxi pickup and drop off. The staff were so sweet and welcoming. The evening bartender was great. Made friends with all of the staff really. The dining area is right in the front and always a bit quiet including the bar with a beautiful view. Everything super clean. Rooms have full kitchen! The only complaint I had was the security aspect of it. When you're in the pool people walk by on the main street and can literally walk right in or walk by and stare at you over the wall which happened a few times with questionable characters. When you have a patio/garden room on the 1st floor essentially anyone can walk onto the premises and to the room patio doors there's no security at the front or a gate its just completely open to anyone had to make sure our patio doors were locked before bed for this reason. Otherwise, really prime location for all things beach, food, nightlife between bridgetown and oistins.

The hotel staff was excellent. Everyone was nice and friendly. They always made sure I was okay. I had a small issue with the water temp a couple days and they kindly addressed it and even compensated me because of it. The hotel is a little dated but very clean! I appreciated the care and concern of the staff ensuring I had a great stay. I would definitely come back. There’s a lot of places to walk to grab food and drinks. There’s even a small convenience store where you can buy liquor, snacks, water and other little items you may need. At night, you can walk to get Gap burgers if you need a bite after partying late. Although the hotel is by the water, this isn’t the side you’d want to swim in. The beach is about 15-20mins away. Always ask the hotel what a taxi should cost. I mistakenly got a taxi and I later found out he (Harry) overcharged me for a 15min ride.
