The hotel was excellent. Clean and modern. Room was spacious, excellent amenities and beds comfortable. Room had a mini fridge that could be used for drinks etc, kettle and coffee machine with coffee pods, hot chocolate and tea which was replenished everyday. Housekeeping was excellent, room cleaned everyday. Pool was fabulous, good size despite being on the rooftop. Lots of loungers with umbrellas for shade. Pool bar had great cocktails and snacks. Staff were friendly and efficient. Despite being in St Julian’s, the hotel was quiet at night. Plenty of shops and food options around the hotel. Beach was just a 2 minute walk. Big supermarket, 5 minute walk. Would highly recommend.

A very new, modern, clean, environmentally conscious, and comfortable hotel with easy access to everything you need (walking distance to restaurants, bars, clubs, and the beach). It is also connected via a bridge to the hotel and gym next door. Family of 4 with 2 teenagers, it was the perfect location for our week stay. Junior suite was super spacious, the decor was beautiful, bed was comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. Breakfast was good quality with a wide variety of choices. Would recommend to arrive before 9.30am to avoid the late rush and be seated. Most of all, the staff were amazing (reception, dining, bar, to house keeping). Attentive and polite, which is so important as they made our stay feel welcoming. Finally, the rooftop pool deck and bar area was relaxing with plenty of sun lounges and towels are provided. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nightlife very active around the hotel with lots of clubs and bars but the soundproofing really did allow the kids to sleep without any disturbance. Breakfast was amazing and the swimming pools were very clean. Would definitely recommend to all.

Das Hotel wirkt auf den ersten Blick modern und ansprechend. Lobby und Einrichtung versprechen ein Niveau, das man von einem FĂŒnf-Sterne-Haus erwartet. Leider kann das Hotel diesen Anspruch in der Praxis nicht vollstĂ€ndig einlösen. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemĂŒht, doch es fehlt an jener professionellen Routine, die exzellenten Service ausmacht. Auch die Sauberkeit lĂ€sst zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig – Details, die man in dieser Kategorie nicht erwartet. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck bietet sowohl Buffet als auch Ă  la carte Optionen, bleibt geschmacklich jedoch hinter den Erwartungen zurĂŒck. Angesichts des Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnisses empfiehlt es sich, außerhalb zu frĂŒhstĂŒcken. Besonders irritierend jedoch war ein nĂ€chtlicher Feueralarm: Die Göste wollten sich ĂŒber die Rettungstreppe in Sicherheit bringen – nur waren die SicherheitstĂŒren verschlossen. Zum GlĂŒck ein Fehlalarm; in einer echten Notlage hĂ€tte das böse enden können. Fazit: Ein Hotel mit Potenzial und moderner Optik, dem es jedoch an handwerklicher Sorgfalt, ServicequalitĂ€t und Liebe zum Detail mangelt. Aktuell leider kein FĂŒnf-Sterne-Erlebnis.

Absolut Traumhaft, sehr sauberes Hotel, Ă€ußerst freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr leckeres Essen, sehr zentral. Trotz direkter Lage an der partymeile, sehr ruhig, wegen den super schallisolierten Fenstern. Der Rooftop Pool ist auch traumhaft. Ich kann es absolut weiter empfehlen!
