We had a very pleasant stay at Vivaldi Hotel. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout our visit. The overall service was of a high standard, especially Irish, who provided exceptional service by resolving a noise issue very effectively. Her professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out and made a significant difference to our experience. Breakfast was good in terms of quality, but we expected a wider choice.
