The whole package, beautiful rooms, great outlook, friendly helpful staff, who couldn’t do enough for you especially Tony. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool also a gym. We stayed for Christmas everywhere in the hotel was beautifully decorated and various restaurants to choose from all very good. The only downside was that the Christmas Day lunch was fully booked and we had to go another hotel to get the Christmas Day experience.

The resort was amazing, was in a great location near everything with a great view. The staff were all so welcoming and nice. I want to give a special shout out the concierge Tony, he assisted us with all our needs, he made suggestions for tours and restaurants just top notch! One thing that they need to fix is whatever cleaning detergent they use for their towels has a very strong chemical smell and it wasn’t bleach, it did not smell good. I will still give the 5 stars because that is something that can be fixed.

First time I stayed was fantastic but unfortunately the second time spoiled the experience a bit, As i requested a room closer to the sea instead i unfortunately was placed completely the opposite of i requested all i got was a view and noise from construction next door. And yes there where more rooms available 100% i know this because reception told me that during the week buffets were closed due to low occupancy

We made the right choice. This is a classic well operated hotel with a huge range of facilities and world class service. Nana was incredible and looked after us from check in to check out and we even got an anniversary gift. Pool, gym and sauna were excellent - can’t wait to come back in summer when everything else is open. Only negative is the curse of in-room Nescafé! The area is lively for nightlife and tons of great bars and clubs but the quality of restaurants doesn’t suffer like other places - highly recommend L’Ostricaio for authentic Sicilian food at decent prices.

This facility is beautiful. The staff have the best customer service of any Westin property I have ever stayed. I checked in on my birthday and the staff went all out, upgrading my room for free, had cake waiting in my room, gave me a complimentary breakfast, etc. I was overwhelmed by the attention they went into to make my birthday memorable. Well done!

Excellent customer service with a particular shout out to Sunny, Wictoria, gentleman at the pool and the team at the concierge. ( sincere apologies for not remembering your names!) Hard working staff during the breakfast rush and at the restaurants. The wonderful staff are the true gems of the place. Very clean facilities. Indoor and outdoor pool available and a gym. There are 2 delicious restaurants on site and plenty of restaurant options right outside the resort. We didn’t travel out at night so can’t comment on how lively it gets but all amenities( shops/ supermarket) were very close. It was around 20 minutes from the airport by uber. We used uber to travel all over the island , which was very convenient. Several activities on site for younger children, but not much for teenagers though this could be because it was October. It is a rocky beach as opposed to sandy one. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you Westin Dragonara.
