I cancelled my booking but still i was charged.dye to the staff are disgusting and the place is rubbish. From 4 PM and overnight no reception??? If you come late you have to get your key to the other building a sister company??? What if something happens at night????

I liked the value of the property...But I didnt like the area because it was very noisy. Many of the things inside the room were broken. It didn't have any view, the cleanliless was moderate and it didn't have even soap.

We were looking for some basic accommodation were we could cook meals for children. And we had what we were looking for. However, we were disappointed with overall amenities and lack of organised service. We had to complain about it to get our needs attended. Rooms were faulty and outdated. But staff are nice.

Dirty, some fixtures and fittings broken, some lights not working, plugs with big black marks on the socket, terrible shower, room door lock almost impossible to turn. No staff around even though sign said they were on 4th floor (which you couldnt get to). All of this applies to the secobd room as i was given, the first was even worse.

Told no rooms at the dragonara when we arrived!

Moved to belavista down the road filthy! No rooms at dragonara. Dragonara is advertised but you don't stay there you stay at belavista all owned by the same people! Diety mattresses, sheets, towels and apartment. Lock on door was hit and miss as to whether it would lock or unlock. Excuses from the so called manager as to why all of the above. Spoiled our holiday!

literally terrible

The Experience began when we arrived, we couldn't find the place nor did the taxi driver know where it was! we eventually found it were stunned when we walked in the lobby on the bottom floor was strewn with empty plastic glasses and smelt funky. we got into the lift which had the light hanging off the wall and genuinely felt like me and my partner were going to die as we escalated upwards. we reached the 3rd floor and attempted to find the reception as that is where the sign in the lobby said reception was. however it was not there we did however find the cleaning team doing an "exceptional job". The cleaning staff tried there best to speak to us and find us a solution. but they directed us to reception where we paid the Maltese tax and then had to go and find the cleaners again to get the keys. once we got the keys we had attempted to find the room but even that was a challenge as we weaved around the labyrinth that is dragona apartments we finally found the room. the put the key in the lock turned it and opened to our disbelief the room was dirty the beds barely made the sheets were still hairy and dirty, the safe had no door and had a dirty first aid kit in the bathroom full of mold and limescale and the shower head wasn't attached to the wall, the toilet seat was hanging off and the oven was filthy. I decided to open the fridge to put my coca cola in there and Jesus Christ the fridge smelt and the fridge seal was rotten. we left to make some calls and checked out.

Recommend for price and location!

Would recommend for the price and simpleness of apartment. Very close to bar/club strip and restaurants. Rooms and kitchen are basic but will do if you are planning to spend most of your time out.

It was our new baby's first night away from home - Room was nice warm cosy clean and affordable. We've stayed here before, but keep coming back for the value and consistency of quality offer: An apartment in the most central location in the country.

Noisy and dilapidated. Shambles all around

The Dragonara apartments were misrepresented from the start. They were located in the heart of a very noisy night life area. Music was blasting until 4am every night. Opposite there is construction going on and the workers began work before 7am. The apartment itself was old and tired. The cooking facilities were non existent beyond a simple toaster type oven with two burners on top. One side the support legs were missing. There was no towel rack and no toilet paper holder. The shower was a hand held spout that trickled out water and of course no shower curtain. There were also no stoppers for the tub or the sink so it was also not possible to take a bath either. The wall safe was missing the door and one of the ceiling fans did not work. Probably because the wires were all hanging off and not secured to anything. The one fan that did work was noisy. The air conditioning units (two) did not work either. The sliding door stuck when opening it and overall everything was either broken or non-existent. There was not even a comfortable chair to relax into. We spent as much time as possible away from the place, and were reluctant to have to come back at night in the hopes of getting perhaps one or if lucky two hours of sleep. The place should be condemned and avoided like the plague. I have NEVER complained about anywhere that I have stayed before, even when it was not quite as good as I was expecting. However, this place was so bad I feel that people should know about it.

Appartement sale et inconfortable

Appartement qui n'a pas été entretenu depuis des années. Salle de bain sale à notre arrivée, la baignoire à la limite de l'insalubrité est très angoissante. La cuisine est quasi-inutilisable, très difficile de se préparer à manger. Heureusement les chambres étaient fonctionnelles et les lits étaient corrects, avec tout de même une grande luminosité et le bruit des rues animées toute la nuit. Passable pour un court séjour à Malte, déconseillé pour les familles ou les couples.

Poca organizzazione

Arrivati al check in la reception non aveva la nostra prenotazione e quindi l'appartamento non era disponibile. Ci hanno sistemato in un altro appartamento che non era come quello prenotato in cui non andava il tv non si chiudeva la finestra e uni dei due ascensori nn funzionava e ogni volta era una lotta per scendere o salire. Abbiamo cercato altri hotel ma nn erano disponibili e alla fine ci siamo dovuti accontentare
