Our company truck with cap and full rack of ladders was hit by a semi truck in the middle of the night And the hotel cameras had no info or footage for me to provide police or insurance co. My cap rack and ladders are demolished and our crew travels from Ohio ! Terrible parking lot and no security or liability

Your front desk guy Andre was great but, bedbugs are unacceptable. Thank God, my ADA dog alerted me. It was huge, and I believe it bit her because she yelped and jumped. Never in my life have I been to a hotel that had bedbugs and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. Definitely need to fumigate this place close it down and make sure it’s sanitary.
