The room I was assigned was in shambles. The desk clerk told me that she canceled my reservation at my request. But refund would have to come from 3rd party reservation. I hope to see refund from Expedia.

We ended up not staying here. They were unable to find us a clean room. The Young lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. I felt bad for her as she was new to the job. She tried so hard.

This is the nastiest hotel I’ve ever been to. Got to my non-smoking room which reeked of smoke and had standing water in the bathroom. Employee offered to get me a new room but juat down from my room, about 5 shady-looking characters were loitering outside a room and a couple of cars came and went. This place should be bulldozed.
