We ended up not staying here. They were unable to find us a clean room. The Young lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. I felt bad for her as she was new to the job. She tried so hard.

This is the nastiest hotel I’ve ever been to. Got to my non-smoking room which reeked of smoke and had standing water in the bathroom. Employee offered to get me a new room but juat down from my room, about 5 shady-looking characters were loitering outside a room and a couple of cars came and went. This place should be bulldozed.

I checked in and checked out as soon as I saw the room. Stained bedding. Non smoking room reeked of smoke. No safety lock. Door was not secure. Holes in walls. Loose light fixtures. Too many things wrong to list.

The room that was given at first, A/C was not working, the room look like they had been remodeling and very dusty, no pillows. The second room was dusty and the door did not completely close. I felt very unsecured. Bad experience.

When i got into the room I has dirty towels and there was dried blood on the pillowcase and the sheet the blanket was also very dirty and it smelled like poop. The outside was very dirty as will. When I went down to tell them I had to wait another 30 minutes 8her and the maid came in she took the blanket and towels never bring anything back I had to us my towel I had and some sheets I had. All she was worried bout was me giving her a good review

Atrocious. I would leave 0 stars if it were possible. The room was filthy, broken down, bug infested, not even the bars minimum of amenities. Also there was an inappropriate drawing on the wall the management couldn't be bothered to cover.
