We felt so welcome from the beginning and Jean-Marie is a host that every hotel should have. We came to celebrate anniversary and the staff took care of us like we was family. The property is so amazing and you won’t find a better place to enjoy and relax in Antigua.

The entire staff are so accommodating and professional. The hospitality was through the roof! The food was awesome and delicious. The veggie roti, the fish tacos, the red velvet cheese cake was a highlight at the drift bar and white sands.

Great resort for our older family. Very quiet, but with everything you need. Pool areas were great, but having access to Prickly Pear island really made this place standout. We did some off resort adventures, but our best days were on Prickly Pear and hanging by the pool. We had a 4 bedroom unit and it was perfect. Would stay here again if coming to Antigua.

Just there for 1 day, but the time spent was amazing. The private island, Prickly Pear, wasnt in the description anywhere, but was one of the highlights of the 24 hour stay. Food and drinks were great. Ocean View room was ocean front and we could enjoy the sound of the waves at night. Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at Hodges Bay, and once again, the level of customer service has exceeded our expectations. They graciously offered flexibility with both early check-in and a late checkout to accommodate our evening flight, which made a big difference. Everyone on the team is warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel—if you’re looking for a boutique, exclusive experience, this is the place. We fully intend to return again next year!

The oceanfront room had a large balcony with a beautiful view. The rooms were generally clean, however, some items needed to be repaired. Overall the staff was accommodating and friendly. Sometimes they needed to be reminded of requests made during the stay. The spa was wonderful.

The staff around the hotel was friendly and welcoming. My room was in a perfect location for a quiet and restful few days. The views around the resort were beautiful. Having the ability to go to Prickly Pear Beach from the shoreline was an added bonus. There were plenty of lounge chairs around the adult pool and beach. Overall, I came to Antigua to get away from the cold weather in New York and to relax, and The Hodges definitely helped me achieve both of those goals.
