The exact unit & building will be assigned at check-in. You will check in just as you would at any other resort. Your name and phone number will be associated with a confirmation number which will be sent to you once you book. You will need a credit card upon check-in for any incidentals. There is a daily valet parking fee of $25.00 USD. Beginning May 1, 2017, a $25/night/villa USVI Government imposed Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee will be added to all reservations and will be charged upon check-out.

RENOVATION UPDATE: The Main Pool and whirlpool spa will be closed for refurbishment from Aug. 2026 through Nov. 2026. During this time, the beach and food and beverage service will remain open. This work will be executed from Monday through Saturday each week and we anticipate some noise between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Virgin Grand and Bay Vista villas will be undergoing an interior villa renovation Aug. 18, 2025, through Nov. 3, 2025. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours.

Beginning May 1, 2017, a $25/night/villa USVI Government imposed Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee will be added to all reservations.

$25 daily per vehicle. Limit 2 vehicles per reservation. This resort is part of a timeshare and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation. Any participation is always optional and never required when booking through KOALA.
