We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The property itself is stunning, with remarkable views and great morning sunrises. It served as a great base for our island adventures.However, there is one important note for future guests: we experienced several unannounced power outages during our trip. While we understand that island-wide outages are beyond the homeowner's control, this specific property did not have a functioning backup generator at the time of our stay. If you require a continuous power supply for any reason, you may want to keep this in mind when booking. Overall, it’s a lovely spot.

We recently stayed here during our trip to St. John and had a great overall experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and as described. The beds were very comfortable, and communication with the property manager was second to none. Kelsey was very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with prior to and throughout our stay.The view is beautiful, and the sunrises were great! Definitely a highlight of our time there.The space worked well for our needs. The pool is on the smaller side (pictures make it look bigger than it is), but we made it work.Although we felt it was a little further out than we would have liked, we truly appreciated the attentiveness and hospitality and would recommend it to others looking for a well-managed place with great views. FYI … our preferred grocery store was Love City. It seemed better stocked and organized than the others in the area.

Perfection at its finest! This house was amazing. Beds were extremely comfortable, everything was in perfect order. Spacious, landscaping was beautiful. I love st John so much but I love this house even more if that is possible.

Our 14-day stay was way beyond our expectations. Ocean facing views from all the rooms meant gentle breezes, magnificent sunrises and depth of vision out into the ocean. The house is above the road, but you can’t see it and rarely heard vehicles so we often felt we were in a tropical seclusion. Sweeping views with other houses visible only to the far right side. Below the house salt ponds with egrets and herons. Hummingbirds and bananquits at the deck rail feeder. Above, pelicans and frigates hovered in the updrafts. The property was like a botanical garden with great diversity of trees and plants and so many colorful blooms! Convenient to our favorite east side bays for snorkeling. Was easy to get out early to the bays and be the only ones there! House was perfect for 2 couples. We had the lower level and it was separate and quite with 2 huge sliding doors facing out to the patio and the ocean beyond. Bed was super comfortable and the 2 ceiling fans and the AC made for lots of control over temperatures for our comfort. Common area upstairs worked nicely with dining area and living room area. The hit of the whole thing is the covered patio- this became a second living room and the space we spent so much time in. The constant gentle breezes kept the no-seums at bay so only a few bites and rarely used bug spray. The grill was well set up and pool was a delight to cool off in. Kelsey was so easy to work with, quick to reply and address questions/requests. We hope to return!

I honestly cannot say enough about the house. It fit our family of 6 perfectly. Everything was very clean and well organized. The views in the posted photos don't do it justice. St. John is not an easy place to drive around with climbing switchbacks and steep hills. This house is perfectly located for a non-local driver. Right off the main road and the first driveway on the hill that goes up pretty far. We will be back to this house for sure.

where do I start? great communications with host and local manager. clear instructions, easy to access everything. AMAZING place - the views, the house, the pool - the beds, the towels!!! the outdoor terrace is a fantastic place to watch the sunrise, read, have a drink...this place has everything you could possibly want. BOOK IT NOW and take good care of it, because we are coming back!!!

Beautiful property with breathtaking views. Newly renovated and the attention to detail is obvious with comfortable beds, soft linens, and beautiful furnishings. The host is responsive and provides a fantastic welcome packet with information on beaches, where to find groceries, etc. Highly recommend for your next vacation in paradise.

What an amazing experience!!! The house was just as described and perfect for our needs. It is on the opposite side of the island from Cruz Bay, so it is quiet and peaceful. Definitely need a car, but easy to get to the beaches (about 30 minutes). Calabash market is 5 minutes away and has all the basics you need, along with great fish and meat to grill. Our kids loved the pool after getting home from the beaches. Washer and dryer are in great shape, so you don’t need to pack as much. My wife and I relaxed with a cup of coffee on the porch each morning to watch the sunrise and ended each night listening to the surf. AC works great, and there is a great breeze that flows through the house.We will plan to book again next summer!!! Thanks so much for giving us a great home away from home on our vacation!

This is such a gem of a location! The views, the set up, the amenities - all incredible. You can tell the care that the owners put into selecting the materials and furnishings for this location. The textiles are all luxurious and eco-friendly, the furniture and decor are a homage to the island, and they stocked all the necessities you could need for an enjoyable experience at the beach. Catching the sunrise every morning from your balcony (or even your bed) was the ultimate relaxation, and the stars in Coral Bay were unreal! Its located away from the hustle and bustle of Cruz Bay, but still close to gorgeous beaches and food options. The drive to Cruz Bay was simple for trips in town or dining out - and you get to see the island in the process. I cannot rave enough about this find - a must experience!
