Location most definitely stands out for this cottage! You are as close as you possibly could be to Cruz Bay-Restaurants, Bars, Live music, Grocery Store and Coffee Shop!You have your own entrance to your cottage which was nice, extra beach towels in the laundry room, and beach chairs and snorkel gear were also provided! Note: There is roaster that lives here and can be pretty loud in the mornings. The hill back up from the restaurant/bar area is not for the weak. Highly recommend!

The host was welcoming and polite. Our flight was very delayed, due to weather, resulting in a late arrival. We had to call the host around 10 pm and Alex answered the phone and assisted us in finding the correct entrance and running to the grocery store for water and a little food. We had a few hiccups that were taken care of quickly. The cottage is rustic as noted and quaint. The distance to Cruz Bay and to all restaurants and the ferry is walk able, although sidewalks are rare. There was a dedicated parking space for our unit, which is huge! The view of the ocean is beautiful. I liked the rooster(s). They seem to love life at 5 in the morning, which is fine with me.

Great location in town with nice ocean view. Walking distance to SJ provisions, dolphin grocery, and mongoose shopping is a big plus. Villa can use some TLC especially for the rate but AC worked great and having 2 bedrooms was a must for us. Happy New Year!

Wonderful property close to Cruz Bay

We had a great stay. A little snafu upon check in- the property had not been thoroughly cleaned, but the property manager rectified it quickly. Appreciate the prompt responses of the property manager and the unit was clean and ready for us in about 45 minutes. Super cute villa and VERY convenient. Really only con was the noise of traffic late at night. If you bring ear plugs or a noise machine you can mitigate some of that noise. Overall a wonderful girls weekend!

disappointing Christmas eve stay

The description and photos don't quite match the reality of the property. I was hoping for a cozy and enjoyable Christmas Eve stay, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations given the price. The kitchen is very cramped, and the stove and oven are quite old—the oven didn’t work at all during my stay, and even if it did, I would have been concerned about its safety. The dining table is also on the small side, making it difficult to comfortably accommodate four people. On top of that, I had trouble sleeping, and to make matters worse, the neighborhood roosters started crowing loudly at 2:00 a.m., making it nearly impossible to get rest.

This had easy access to restaurants, groceries and the National Park. Walking distance to restaurants, bars in the downtown area. There was also a parking spot, which was a huge plus.

Paradise!

We absolutely loved our stay in St John! This cute little cabin was perfect for my husband and I on our anniversary trip. Everything we needed was there. It is close to Cruz Bay, within walking distance. It is clean, comfortable and everything in working order. The communication with the owner was easy and we got so much great info. We will definitely be back!

Very convenient

We did a last minute getaway and found this property. It was walking distance to the restaurants and stores. We rented a Jeep to drive to all the beaches so it was nice to have the parking space. We would definitely rent again.
