An amazing hotel in a beautiful setting and we will certainly revisit one day without hesitation. The only downside for me would be the dinner menu which was a bit uninspiring and safe. Saying that, they do have a lot of people staying so I guess it needs to be a functional menu, St Ives offers many restaurants so if you are after a bit of flare, wander down into the main town.

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations for places to visit. The restaurant staff were also attentive and provided excellent service. The hotel’s location is beautiful, and the outdoor ambiance is outstanding, making it a wonderful place to relax. My only suggestion for improvement is that the indoor pool could be better maintained and receive more attention. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel.
