The open plan living kitchen diner offers a stylish space to entertain. Why not make use of the central woodfire burner, 65” Smart TV and Sonos surround sound. Relax into the media room where its spacious corner sofa, 75” Smart TV, use of Sky Stream, synchronised ambient lighting and surround sound create a cinematic experience to enjoy. The contemporary open plan kitchen and dining area offers a generous space to host those family evening gatherings. Well equipped with a large French American fridge freezer, double electric oven, gas hob, wine fridge, bean to cup coffee machine and microwave. There is a dining table with seating for eight.

The large master bedroom located on the first floor offers a king size bed with ambient Sonos lamps celebrating the elegantly designed vaulted ceiling. A partial wall separates the walk-in ensuite with rainfall shower, wash hand basin and WC. Leading through the patio doors guests will find one of two seaward facing balconies, the perfect spot to savour a glass of wine. Also on the first floor, is the second bedroom with king bedroom which resembles the master offering the high vaulted ceiling, sleek built in wardrobes and patio doors stepping out onto a glass panelled balcony featuring a lounger. There is a family bathroom located on this floor which offers a featured rainfall shower, wash hand basin, WC, and heated towel rail. Situated on the ground floor are two further bedrooms. Bedroom three offers a cosy warming feel for guests to unwind and has a king bed with shower ensuite which provides a shower, wash hand basin and WC. Bedroom four has two single beds and offers a spacious feel with tranquil landscape outdoor area views. The ground floor family bathroom presents a full-piece suite showcasing the stylish rainfall shower, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Solstice has a driveway that features a steep gradient at entry.

The design at the start of the stairs from the living kitchen diner open plan space up to the first floor, does not allow for a Stair Gate to be fitted.

The landscape outdoor area features steps up to the outdoor lounge seating.

The built-in hot tub is accessed via stepping down into the tub.

Access Statement – Solstice is accessed via a series of steps from the parking to the front door, including an overstep threshold into the entrance of the holiday home.
