After a bit of a dodgy start with booking a river view room and getting a room with windows in the roof area that you couldn’t see out of, unless you were six foot tall! Also the blinds were screwed down so no natural light at all. Went back to reception and complained. Quickly sorted out and given the room we booked. Room very clean and spacious

Perfect location over the bridge 3 min walk to town.. Saturday night no bar open no restaurant!!! Lovely room but crazy reception man in puffer jacket putting you in man seeing you out incredible no thank you nothing it’s a motel at the moment

A convenient and reasonable place to stay for visiting Cambridge - guided bus. Location be the river in St Ives attractive. Room clean. Staff helpful but felt a little understaffed.

Oir stay was OK. A last minute booking so we could spend the evening in the lovely St Ives. We had trouble finding our room and had to go back to reception to ask for help! I thought the room was a little cold in the night. The carpark is large and the location is excellent.
