Large windows and sliding doors frame wide sea views while filling the room with natural light, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere ideal for both entertaining and unwinding after a day by the coast.

The modern kitchen is sleek and well-equipped, flowing into the dining and living area to create a sociable space. From here, doors open onto a private balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets overlooking the bay. The property offers two beautiful double bedrooms, including a stylish master bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and a second bedroom with stunning sea views. The contemporary family bathroom has a bath with shower over and is finished with quality fittings and modern tiles.

Guests can spend time relaxing in the manicured communal gardens which lie to the front of the property, or enjoy a short stroll to the golden sands of Carbis Bay Beach and the scenic coastal railway that links the town with nearby St Ives. An exceptional base for exploring the beaches and towns along the beautiful St Ives Bay coastline, The Sands is perfectly placed for coastal escapes in Cornwall. The South West Coast Path lies within easy reach, offering scenic walks and sightseeing. Nearby Hawkes Point is within easy walking distance, with sweeping views across the bay that make it a perfect photo spot. From here you can continue to Porthkidney Sands or follow the route along the coast into St Ives, soaking up the natural beauty along the way.

A short drive brings you to Hayle's estuary and the miles of golden sands of The Towans where you can surf or sunbathe to your heart's content.
