Beautifully updated two Bedroom, two Bath condo on pristine Little St. Germain Lake, in St. Germain WI. Part of the former Black Bear Lodge Resort, our condo offers your family a modern Northwoods getaway on almost 1000 acres of Little St. Germain Lake. Centrally located on the "Black Bear Point", Little St. Germain is like three lakes in one, with fishing, kayaking, water sports and swimming just steps from your door. The property comprises 12 acres of walking trails, tall pines, over 1000 feet of lake frontage, your own private swimming beach, dedicated boat slip and private boat ramp. Snowmobile trail goes right directly through the parking lot. Our second floor condo offers a quiet and secluded unit with open concept kitchen, dining and living areas - all facing the lake! Enjoy coffee or beverages on the deck overlooking the lake. Comfortably sleeps up to 6 with king bed master suite, double/single bunk bed in second bedroom and pull out sofa sleeper in living room. The Village of St. Germain is just a short drive down the road with restaurants, shopping, bait shops and fuel only a couple miles away. Cathy's Ice Cream shop, a local landmark is only a short boat ride through West Bay. We offer local ownership and management. Sorry no smoking or pets are allowed in our unit. The development requires a minimum 3 night stay. Come enjoy the most secluded and quiet unit in the complex!

Clean and comfortable condo on the lake

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our vacation. We also really enjoyed having a dock available to use for our boat.
