Wait time was ridiculously long about 70 minutes for room service food to arrive. No wash cloths in room to bathe, when Requested got it about 6 hrs after. Requested caddy to be picked up to the lobby for departure at 8am for 12pm, it was minutes to 1pm and my padner had to walk down that long stretch to signal a caddy who wasnt on his way to pick us up. We had to pay a taxi extra cash because of this useless wait. We had to go to dinner looking crappy because a Request for an iron took so long our reservations time had passed. The activities stated on the activity schedule did not match what was being done. The app was not functional and had us miss out on a reservations only Grazzi restaurant. We paid cash for additional lobster meals, signed and left. The following day we were asked to go back to the restaurant to get the money and its mandatory that it must be paid at reception. Too many calls interrupting my private and personal time asking about surveys. Those calls came in when they shouldn't have as that was a very private time for us.
