1. Had to wait 3 days to get shower fixed that was barely functioning.2. No hair dryer that we had to ask for3. Rusty freezer4. Situated on very busy road5. No plug for kitchen sink6. No Hot water for washing up - had to boil kettle.7. Living room furniture all taher tired old and uncomfortable
