Beautiful BIG spacious property. Private abd Perfect for families! The host is very attentive and responsive. Lovely vibes! I highly recommend gettting a hire car or driver- the host will also help with that also, but there are lots of amenities nearby but its very hilly so i highly suggest getting a vehicle or usung taxis.

The property is unusual with an adobe sort of style. The rooms are very large. I was surprised at how much room we had. The condo had essentially two master bedrooms that were both larger than my master bedroom in Texas! The condos are in a residential area so it is overall very quiet. You can walk (up some hills) to a grocery store and some restaurants. You will need transportation to go anywhere else. A very secluded beach is about 5 minute walk. It was lovely. The manager (Sharon) was very sweet and easy to communicate with.

Gross misrepresentation of "luxury" (which is how the hotel advertises themselves on their website). Faulty sewage systems caused backed-up toilets and flooding and exposed family to biohazardous environment in our 1st unit. Family was moved to a different unit that was Filthy, Unsanitary, and with Unsafe Conditions as well: Hanging Wires, Mold, Cracked Windows, No Hot Water, Clogged Shower and Sink Drains, Torn and Dirty Bedding, Bugs, Disgustingly Soiled Seat Coverings and Cushions, Cracked Windows, Extremely Dirty Floors, etc... I have reported the hotel/owners to the Grenada Tourism Authority, Grenada Consumer Affairs, and Health & Safety, and will be following up. Hotels.com needs to investigate and reevaluate is this is a place that they are okay with listing as a 3-star hotel on their platform. The minimum expectation for 3-star is clean, well-maintained and comfortable for guest. The hotel is not safe, clean (not even sanitary), or comfortable. They are operating with a gross lack of maintenance. The owners have NO integrity, and refused cooperation or any accountability for the conditions of their property.
