Joan's apartment is a gem!
My husband and I were looking for a place to stay in Grenada that was away from tourists and that would allow us to feel more like we were living in St.Georges rather than just visiting (even though we were only there for 2 weeks). Joan's apartment fit the bill perfectly. It was clean, comfortable, and a great home base for when we wanted to explore. When we needed to get a bit of our professional work done, the wifi worked well and we were able to work on the back deck while enjoying the beautiful view of the city and harbor.
Just a note about St.Georges, not about the apartment specifically: a person must be able to walk up and down steep hills, and must be able to get used to walking on the streets as there are very few sidewalks. We adapted just fine and actually really enjoyed ourselves, but also, we didn't realize this was the case when we booked. We also rented a car, and for the number of times we used it, we could have just used taxis, as they are very easy to use.
