The first floor main level boasts an inviting living area and a dining room with seating for 12, complemented by 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. This floor also includes a half bathroom and a queen suite with an en-suite bathroom featuring a standard shower/tub combo. Step outside to the covered deck and enjoy the picturesque views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The second floor you will find 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The first bedroom features a queen bunk bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a standard shower/tub combo. On the south side of the home, overlooking the Gulf, are two luxurious king suites. Each suite offers a king sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and direct access to a covered deck with stunning Gulf views.

Guests of The Perky Pelican also enjoy access to The Plantation's outstanding amenities, including two community pools, scenic bike paths, fitness center, nature trails, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.
