Boasting a private pool, decks, and an elevator making your stay an experience to remember. The exterior of the home features a private pool, spa, fish cleaning station, under-house parking, and park style grill. The foyer on the ground level features an elevator and stair well leads to the floors above. The first floor features a secondary sitting area with a TV and access to the deck. The first floor also contains 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom the third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom. The second floor features the open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinetry, and a breakfast bar. The living area features comfortable seating, a fire place, and a TV. A half bath is located off of the living area. The dining table seats 8 people. The master suite is also on this floor, featuring a large en-suite bathroom with double vanity, shower, and soaker tub. Both floors feature decks to enjoy the coastal breeze.
