The living area features a new sofa, loveseat, coffee table and end tables, new king bedroom furniture on top floor and new queen bedroom furniture on 1st level. A second large covered deck can be found on this floor. The fourth bedroom is on this floor with a neighboring bathroom. The exterior of this home offers under house parking, enclosed outdoor shower and fish cleaning area. Direct access to the beach is directly across the street.
